Provider Relations Services
- Staff reinforces education and guidelines provided by the
Plan, and provide in-services to each newly identified provider and
his/her office staff. Orientation includes the following:
- Overview of educational packets and incentive gifts and
his/her role in distribution
- Importance of updating all clinical/lab information on
patient’s portable medical record
- Staff makes weekly visits to providers to follow-up on
member’s issues and to disseminate health plan information, educational
packets, and other incentives.
