Over the next 8 - 12 months Alpha Maxx will be developing a new information system that will help service the entire southern region. This portal will provide valuable information to providers about claims and to patients about their pregnancy.

Future Online Services will:

• Facilitate online retrieval of member eligibility
• Facilitate online referral and authorization requests
• Link providers to AMAXX's electronic medical healthcare records
• Record all lab work and results for provider retrieval
• Record all pharmacy data
• Record all claims data
• Prompt provider with necessary reminders for lab follow-up and appointment scheduling
• Facilitate secure provider-to-provider communication
• Facilitate provider-to-member and member-to-plan communication
